SHIPPING

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for a single corset(shipping insurance and tracking included). All corsets take 6-8 weeks for final shipment. Bridal corsets must be ordered 4 months in advance.

Skirts and multiple corset orders may cost more in shipping.

RUSH FEES

If a corset is needed quickly, a rush fee is required. For corsets needed in 4 weeks, a $50 rush fee is applied. Corsets needed in 2 weeks are sometimes not possible, and the rush fee is $75-$100.

PAYMENT

Outer Underthings currently accepts payments from Pay-Pal, money order and personal check. If paying by a personal check, shipment of garment will not occur until the check has cleared.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of your total cost is due before corset construction will begin. The price of your custom corset will be calculated according to the style and design components you have chosen.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation after construction of corset has begun will result in the loss of your 50% deposit. Any customer provided fabrics that have already been used in corset construction will be forfeit. Any remaining fabrics will we sent back at the customer's request.

Failure to pay final fee will be considered 'cancellation'.

RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY INFO

• Outer Underthings does not accept returns on custom garments. There are no refunds.
• Work is guaranteed on all garments. Defects must be reported within 30 days of reciept for mending or replacement. Outer Underthings reserves the right to determine construction defects.
• Please treat your garment well and observe proper care and safety. Outer Underthings is not responsible for damage to the garment caused by customer, such as stains, tears, popped grommets or broken steel due to improper use. Client assumes all responsibility for wear, care and safety.
